Customer sent his item to us for customizing, which was vacuum bottle with charger. We had to find a solution to hide the charger, but convenient to the consumers.

To confirm the dimension and printing, a pre-production sampling was made. There was a large area of hot stamping for this tube. We had to fix the stamping peeling off problem.

Considering the item was bottle, the tube was thicker than the normal one.

After labeling and curling, caps and bottoms were separated and put in the big baskets, pending to assemble.

Assembling on the production line, the inferior would be picked up.

The charger would be put inside, there was smaller tube inside to hold the paper blister, so that consumers would pull it out easily.
